Hotel stuff were friendly.

Breakfast could be better. There was a problem regarding parkinh space, more parking space needed according to the number of guests at the hotel. We booked a room for 3persons while we got a double room with an extra bed in the wall which was kind of unconfortable. Room size was Rio small for 3 persons! Rooms located at the 2nd floor were strangely bad located! Few og them had their Windows at the balcony where people smoked & seat. We got a room there but we managed to change to another room at 6th floor which was better but not perfect:(

Clean, comfortable Mini Double Room with a great breakfast. Limited parking space made it tricky at times.

Good welcome and comfortable room. Good secure indoor parking. Availability of small hotel restaurant facility in the bar area. We were able to extend our stay to 2 nights without problem by phone a couple of weeks before we arrived.

We would have liked a kettle and coffee making facilities in the room.

The noise levels from street traffic and tram lines could be quite disruptive!!! Lack of air conditioning in rooms. More attention to cleaning details is definitely required!!!

The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. Especially liked having waffles avilable and the breads were delicious.

The room was just a little dark, some more lighting would be better. The bathroom door was very narrow so that my husband who uses a wheelchair couldn't get in.

Lovely practical hotel friendly staff, very clean throughout and I would definately stay here again if in the area. Good parking facilities as well and bar meals till mid-night which is ver useful.

Friendly and helpful staffs also cleanliness take most of the credit..^_^ Location: good if you are not in the hurry!!! I got a problem waiting for the tram to catch shuttle bus to the airport (because of the weather )...spare more times ( over one hour recommended ) ...I had to catch a taxi from Central Station to City airport cost 350 kronor...( just the idea if you missed the bus like me!!!)

I enjoyed the well-equipped room and appreciated the early breakfast hours with an amazing variety of options! The breakfast spread was one of the best I've encountered, a highlight of my stay. Plus, the location made it easy for me to explore the city, with fine views that I looked forward to each morning.

Parking options were somewhat limited.
